How to Make Phone Camera as Laptop Webcam (HD Mode/Windows OS)
In this pandemic era. we are required not to meet other people in person. and as a result companies, universities, schools and others have turned the rules into online meetings.
Maybe for some people it will not be a problem because they already have adequate facilities, but for others who do not have that facility it is very troublesome. And what’s more, not all laptops have clear webcams for online meetings.
Here, I will share how to use the phone camera to become a laptop webcam:
Phone setup
- download the app and install it.
Mod Version (HD mode)
personally i prefer mod version.
Original Version (default 480p)
use this if you really care about privacy but cannot use HD mode.
Laptop setup
- Go to Droidcam client website and download
- Install the software
- after finished installing you can change the resolution to HD(optional)
- Click OK, Restart Computer
- Open droidcam client and Connecting…(with app in your phone)
Device IP is the same with droidcam app IP in your phone.
